All went smoothly. I waited outside for a few minutes before Tatyana greeted me She took my temperature, asked me some questions, I signed the paper & we went back to her station. She looked at my hair and we decided what to do (I hadn’t had it done for 3 months!). Got my hair washed,she did a great cut for me Then we went up to the desk, I made an appointment & left I felt comfortable & safe the whole time.
