I chose Profiles Styling Salon by chance, as we have only been in the area since August. Luckily, I was able to schedule a same day appointment with Diana, due to a cancellation. This was a great experience, as the staff is extremely courteous and professional, providing all the information I needed for my appointment before arriving. Diana is also extremely courteous, very professional, an excellent listener, and, a gifted stylist. My hair looks so much better than I ever imagined, because of Diana. She translated my expectations for a hair style, into a gorgeous design. I am returning in February for hi lights and low lights. I have now found my hair salon during our time in Pennsylvania!
